The Five Points Fitness Yoga Program is directed by Sutat, who has over 30 years experience and was a long time member of the renowned yoga teaching staff at Rancho La Puerta Spa. Five Points Fitness currently offers 3 types of yoga classes. Please refer to our class schedule for days and times:
Hatha Yoga
A well rounded class of standing and seated yoga postures.
Iyengar Yoga
Based on the teachings of BKS Iyengar, yoga poses which focus on accurate alignment of the body.
Prana Yoga
Traditional yoga poses with an emphasis on deep breathing.
